The makers of Salaar have released their first single, showcasing a song about friendship and brotherhood from the Prabhas-Prithviraj film.

The makers of Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire have released their first single in all five major languages, showcasing the bond between the two main characters, set to release on December 22, 2023.

The song “Sooreede” in Telugu, “Sooraj Hi Chhaon Banke” in Hindi, “Aakaasha Gadiya” in Kannada, “Suryangam” in Malayalam, and “Suriyanan Kudaiya Neetti” in Tamil, features Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, showcasing their brotherhood.

Ravi Basrur composed a song in all languages, featuring singers and lyricists from different languages. The emotional journey showcases the relationship between the main characters, capturing a heart-touching element from the music.

The song highlights scenes from the film where Prithviraj wakes up in distress, Prabhas comforts him, and the former stretches himself to sleep on Prabhas’ lap, showcasing the close relationship between the characters.

The Telugu version of the film is sung by Harini Ivaturi, with lyrics by Krishna Kanth, alongside other singer-lyricists like Vijayalaxmi Mettinahole, Kinnal Raj, Indulekha Warrier, Rajeev Govindan, and Airaa Udupi.

Menuka Poudel, a visually challenged singer on Indian Idol, has performed a Hindi version of a song with lyrics by Riya Mukherjee, showcasing her ecstatic voice on the show’s current season.

The show’s host announced Menuka would sing a film song, which was appreciated by judges Shreya Ghoshal and Kumar Sanu, who are also iconic singers.
