Prabhas’ Salaar, led by Prabhas, has grossed over USD 3M in overseas previews and has a global box office of 150Cr on its first day.

Salaar’s overseas opening day is projected to cost USD 5.50M, with a worldwide first-day revenue of over Rs. 140 crore, potentially exceeding the Rs. 150 crore mark.

Salaar, directed by Prashant Neel, has made its global debut, with record-breaking numbers from early shows held in markets west of India. The film amassed USD 3.20 million from previews, with a significant portion from the United States. These previews rank third behind RRR and Baahubali 2, both of which grossed over USD 4 million in previews.

Salaar, an Indian film, has achieved the second-highest premiere in North America, grossing USD 2.50 million across 750+ locations. This surpasses the record set by Baahubali 2 in 2017. Friday pre-sales reached over half a million dollars, and the film’s full opening day, including the premiere gross, is expected to exceed USD 3.50 million, with weekend projections reaching USD 5.50 million.

The film grossed GBP 165K in the UK, only behind RRR among Telugu films, and an estimated USD 400K in the Middle East.

The film has been released in Eastern Asia and Oceania, with an expected opening day of USD 5.50 million and a worldwide first-day number of over Rs. 140 crore, potentially exceeding the Rs. 150 crore mark.
