The actress has filed a petition with the Delhi High Court to overturn a FIR and chargesheet issued by the Enforcement Directorate, claiming biased behavior from the agency.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez is seeking the quashing of an FIR and supplementary chargesheet filed against her in connection with a money laundering case involving Sukesh Chandrasekhar, according to ANI.

Fernandez argued that the evidence provided by the ED would prove her innocence, and she became a target of Sukesh. However, reports suggest no evidence of her aiding him in the money laundering case, so she cannot be prosecuted under Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

Reports suggest that the actress criticized the law enforcement agency for exhibiting partisan behavior during the arraignment of the petitioner as an accused.

Jacqueline Fernandez’s work front is a significant area of focus.

The actress, who made her debut in 2009 with Aladin, has since starred in numerous films, including Kick, Murder 2, A Gentleman, Attack, Ram Setu, Cirkus, and Bachchhan Paandey.
